The NHS recommends that adults aged 19-64 aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking or cycling, per week. Alternatively, you can do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise, like running or swimming, or choose a combination of both moderate and vigorous-intensity exercises. Additionally, adults should aim to do strength training exercises, like yoga or weightlifting, at least two days per week.
